Friday Evening
My pride weighs a ton. I suspect it has to do with me wanting to be the best that I can be despite the fact that I am a late bloomer. The load is heavier when personal expectations exceed my abilities or it?
I can remember always finding life to be an interesting concept. Everything about it fascinated me I wanted in! As a child I'd curl up with the radio and calendar and journal about the day. The mixture of soulful vibes and capturing thought waves made for spectacular expressions and learning. “Music has always been influential.”
Moving to New York in 1992 began the journey on foreign but exciting terrain. Fashion and modeling was the initial attraction to the then, infamous, "Big Apple. I'd play various roles up to this present moment. >>Became a young wife mother/widow. Who knew?
Writing/Poetry/laying it all down is freedom for this soul. Writing from a sincere raw place (don’t mean any harm to anyone or self.) It appeals to everything that cause/affect me. The passion that radiates/exudes/pulsates from writing pours over into psychology & philosophy:Royce Desecrates Emerson Ghandi Carl Gustav Jung and Sigmund Freud to, name a few. “The unearthing of thought process is sweet & bitter. But sweet.
